Demanding an End to Breed Descrimination in Housing

My goal is to make housing options more open for people with pets that has been targeted by breed restrictions. Breeds like the pit bull, Rottweiler, Presa Canarios and other large breeds are targeted by this restrictions. I'm looking to end these restrictions completely. I'm pushing for acceptance to housing b determined by a pet interview to see house your pet is around other people and pets. Your pets breed shouldn't be faulted because of an ill minded perception.
Breed restrictions are very discriminatory, it punishes the owner and the pet based off a bad assumption. To assume a certain breed is bad because the owner of that pet made the wrong decisions is like saying the bully at school is bad but in reality the bully doesn't see the problem because he was raised from violence as a norm. It makes no sense. All I'm saying is have a vetting process for breeds who are on the restriction list. Let an interview determine whether or not the owner and their pet can stay in the facility of their choosing.
