This has included all sorts of circumstances for animals. We need everyone to help us support ''ANIMALS IN THE BALKANS.'' This letter will get to the president only if you help these real angels. In the Balkans there's barely an animal clinic, animals running on the highways, animals being killed from left to right, and the zoos are like jails in which the animals are badly abused. There is no where an animal can turn to for help. We want to invent "Rights for Animals" in the Balkans. There need to be LAW for Animals in the Balkans NOW.
