Stop Filling Prisoners' Cells with Pepper Spray - Use Tranquilizer Darts Instead!

The common method of subduing inmates for cell extraction is to fill the cell with pepper spray and waiting for a few minutes before unlocking the cell. I've read of inmates dying after having their cell filled with pepper spray. Why not just use tranquilizer darts instead? Tranquilizer darts certainly seem like a more humane method of incapacitatng dangerous inmates for cell extraction. I know drugs can be deadly, but we could start having prison anesthesiologists for this purpose. The inmates all have their weight on record, so dosage shouldn't be an issue. Medical history shouldn't be hard to access, either. And there's a zero chance that an inmate in a maximum/supermax has any drugs in their system that could interact dangerously with the sedative. Just imagine... you're locked up in a maximum security prison. You refuse to be handcuffed to recieve a health check, so an anesthesiologist comes and fires a dart at you through the meal tray slot. You slowly become less and less aware of what's going on until boom, you're asleep. You wake up back in the cell with no recollection of the procedure. Isn't that much nice than having your cell filled with pepper spray?
