Nebraska has a great capability to move into the future and to become environmentally friendly yet lags behind when it comes to initiatives that would make Nebraska futuristic and environmentally friendly. We have plenty of wind and could use blade-less turbines to generate electricity. We have the land and the farmers needed to build vertical farms and gardens. We have water issues that can be solved with the newest of technology from NASA and other scientists and there are many, many Nebraska citizens who would like to be Vegan, [eat plant based foods], we are in the central of the United States and can work together on these innitiatives. Yet each year we fail to put these wonderful attributes to use. Passing bills that would help Nebraska move into the 21st century and beyond
Dear Nebraska Senator,
Please help to make make Nebraska environmentally friendly and futuristic. Each year our environmental problems become more serious and we fall behind other states and countries when it comes to solving basic environmental problems. Even Nations who have relied on oil for a very long time our starting to make plans for more environmentally friendly options. Let us not fall behind but race ahead to use solar heating, wind generated electricity, and futuristic technology to help us with our water problems. Please pass innitiatives for solar power, wind power, verticle gardens, plant based diets, and futuristic technology to increase availability of water statewide. Thank you! Respectfully, Donna
