Support for the new storm safe building downtown to be named the Hawkins-Whitby Building

The city of Milan has reccomended for the new storm safe building downtown to be named the Hawkins-Whitby Building. Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Hawkins Sr. is the first couple in the city's history to occupy the official office of Alderman and Alderwoman for the 4th ward.
