Reverse overnight parking law

As a resident of Glenolden who needs to park on their own street due to a small driveway and size of cars, I find it reprehensible that I cannot do so without calling the borough nightly. Access to a parking permit is almost impossible due to the rules you must pass and will cost a person lucky enough to get one $60. We pay enough in taxes a year that overnight parking shouldn't be a luxury, it should be a given.
