Being released of responsibility of a child that is not yours

I've been fighting child support to release me from child support for a child that is not mine but child support doesn't care about who takes care of a child even if your not the biological parent the courts force u to take care of the child even if your found not to be the parent to many people are forced to take care of responsibilities that are not there's a person should be exonerated from all responsibilities if found innocent just like any other offence and found not guilty child support is not held accountable for there actions and that needs to change I'm fight Ing right now for a case that was paid in full and child support is still trying to get money that was paid this needs to change.
