Open Cheltenham A&E for 24 Hours

Cheltenham A&E needs to be opened up for 24 hours again. I'm sure there are plenty of you that needed urgent care and haven't been able to use the A&E in Cheltenham which has made things stupidly difficult for everyone. I'm sure people with children will agree as well, as this is a whole lot worse for parents.
