Temecula Valley USD: Let Autistic Teen Graduate High School

In 2012 a teenage student that suffers from a host of mental disabilities was tricked into buying marijuana for an undercover police officer in a Temecula Valley School District high school.

Following the student’s arrest, and 2 day spent in juvenile detention, a judge presiding over the case threw the charges out. The student is back at school, but the school is appealing the case and wants to expel the boy without letting him graduate!

This is totally unfair!

The school district claims it was unaware of the undercover investigation and is trying to avoid responsibility for the case. Please support this family and send a message to TVSD superintendent Timothy Ritter telling him to step up intervene on behalf of the family.

The family has a legal fund you can donate to here.

Dear Mr Ritter,

We the undersigned demand you take action on the case of the Snodgrass family and their son.

The young boy was tricked into buying marijuana for an undercover agent in your school district.

Charges against the boy were thrown out by the judge and his school was ordered to reinstate him.

However, the school is appealing the case and wants to expel him without letting him graduate. Please intervene and tell this school to let this boy graduate.

Thank you.
