Demand an end to the incliment weather policy!

Currently a new policy is being created to make us "pay" back for not being able to control nature, aka, having to use PTO for natural disasters. You may have already been in a meeting to learn that if there is a natural weather issue that keeps you from work then you WILL NOT be paid for your scheduled day of work. This is further insulting as the day of operations is budgeted a year in advance and the cost is already sunk.

By signing this petition you are agreeing that this unfair treatment is NOT in line with the slogan of the employee being the "secret sauce". Many hourly employees have families were 1 or more days of no pay would cripple or destroy their household and quality of life.

Please make a stand in this crucial time to take back our company spirit and stop the ever changing policies that are slowly turning us from Men and Woman into just numbers on a sheet. Remember that every time the company hits their forecast goals it's because of ALL out hard work, sweat, and dedication. Help me remind our Executive Staff that WE ALL are the SECRET SAUCE and put an end to this policy.
