Demand an end to unreasonable authority

The "FINES" that students are given are extremely overzealous. There are rules that are being over-enforced and there are laws that are never glances at. Why is that? When these rules are being enforced, the "FINES" that are given to the students based upon what the residential life staff thinks is appropriate. Thus resulting in immense amounts of money, in which no one is aware of where this money is going. No reciept is given to the student documenting where it has gone; only a letter saying one must pay a certain amount by a certain date, and restariants such as holds on transcripts, adding classes, or anything involving monetary value and the school.

"PRIVACY" has now become something one must earn, which as a basic human right should not be the case, given that every single resident is paying for their own space in their residential living area.
