Funding the NHS with an extra 10p per litre while the oil price is on the floor

The UK has a £90 billion debt and its costing billions a month in interest rates, if this debt was cut by 50% those interest payments could fund the NHS.
With a litre of fuel at almost £1.00 how many of the 30 million + moterists would object, as owning a car is seen as part of the wealth of its people?

All the parties are discussing how to save the NHS, by cutting public services, raising taxes for the wealthy who create the jobs, while we are paying a massive interest on the countries debt caused by our overspending and greed in wanting more.

If millions of car owners sign thos petition agreeing to a 5-10p increase in fuel duty to be 100% ringfenced to pay off our debts, the interest on those debts can fund the NHS. ?? but needs somebody to crunch the numbers to see what sums of money can added fuel duty added to a litre will produce per week while we have the gift of lowest oil prices for a decade
