Justice for all animals killed by illegal traps in ARAD County.

Mr. President,
We citizens of the entire world, would like to ask you to immediately order the opening of a County wide investigation in all the cases of cruelty,abuse, torture, poisoning, trapping to death, of animals in your county.
It is inconceivable that people can not walk in the woods with their children or companion animals without the risk of having them killed by illegal traps or shut by hunters who lately started a campaign of killing dogs and other domestic animals who wander in the woods
We ask you to reinforce the implementation of the law 141/1999 in order to stop the illegal deforestation and the illegal placement of traps by the poachers on the territory of your county.Many animals suffer a horrible death and even people's dogs or cats are trapped and killed.It has come to the international public attention that traps are set very close to people's houses may by intentionally to kill their animals.
As you will see in the picture this can not be a legal traps....
We refer specifically to the Law 141/1999, art.8 point 4 :Letter "b" paragraph 1 = you must ensure the safety of the forests against the illegal tree cutting, the degradation of the vegetation, abusive grazing, poaching,and other illegal activities( like killing domestic animals who just walk by ).The owners of forests, mentioned art the art,12, paragraph 1, who do not have employees for the safety of their estate, become responsible to the law.
Another aspect...is : the way the municipalities in your county deal with the stray animals...and also the fact the fact that individuals kill animals with impunity, even animals who belong to other people.
It has come to the entire world attention that atrocities are committed daily in your county and those responsible are never brought to justice. It is your responsibility to instruct all the mayors of your county to STOP the collaboration with the dog catchers and to find the most human solutions for the stray dogs in your county.It is also your responsibility to ask the media in your county to STOP instigating the populations to acts of cruelty against animals and also to instigate to discrimination against the people who love animals , save and protect them. This attitude is a flagrant violation of the Universal Declaration Of Human Rights. In Romania of 2010, member of EU these actions bring only defamation to Romania and her people.
every single case of animal cruelty must be dealt with swiftly and promptly. It is your responsibility to contribute to the restoration of Romania's image abroad. The collaboration between city hall and those criminals who catch dogs and kill them even before getting them to the called "shelters" breaks the law for the protection of animals.
It is also your responsibility to convince the media in your county that instigation against animals is a crime and instigation against people who love, rescue or have animals discrimination and it is against the Universal Declaration of Human Rights...
It is your responsibility to do what ever is necessary in order that the Romanian tourism doesn't suffer financial loss, because of very bad news coming regarding the way you treat animals and people who love animals.

Este inadmisibil ca intr-o tara Europeana in 2010 oamenii sa nu se poata plimba fara teama prin padurile si poienile din zonele unde traiesc, cu copii lor sau cu animale de companie fara sa nu riste ca aceste animale sa fie omorate fie prin curse ilegale fie impuscate rada discriminare de vanatori.
