Support Hillary Clinton's Animal Welfare Agenda!
Hillary Clinton recently added an important item to the "31 issues" listed on her campaign website: animal welfare.
If elected president, she plans to protect wildlife in public parks, shut down the U.S. black market that supports animal poaching and trafficking; enforce plans to protect animals in zoos, breeding facilities and research facilities; enforce humane treatment of livestock and end the slaughter of horses for human consumption.
Hillary already has a strong record of supporting animal welfare. As a New York senator, she co-sponsored legislation to ban animal fighting, and fought against antibiotics in chickens for school lunches. As Secretary of State, she worked to fight illegal wildlife poaching and trafficking.
