the child support system in illinois is a joke CP's are normally unsatisfied with results and the judges treats NCP's(normally fathers) like they don't exist or matter> if you a single father in illinois with a child support case-my advice try to move ASAP. your finances and 'rights' are slowly stripped away. LETS VOTE OUT SOME OF THESE BIASED JUDGES AND LEGISLATORS doing things just to get the high number of female vote they think this type of bias will bring,which tears families apart.

yes i agree. child support and DCFS are government funded programs that take you to homeless and ruins your personal credability as a parent and as a human being. it takes families apart and then keeps them from ever becoming families again. the govt is mindwashing to control for themselves. so yes i am female but i agree leave your laws of suspension out of the americans rights and priviiledges. we do not have many but to take them away is unconstitutional!!!!!!!!!!

Non Custodial Parents (mostly the "Fathers" by means of biased Family Laws of America) are to pay for Child Support, Child Health Insurance, Child Misc. Expenses, Time & Fuel Cost {to VISIT the "taken child(ren)" some thousand miles per month}, for the Custodial Parent moved & Biased Family Court do not order the divorce-happy parent(who moved prior to divorce settlements) to pay for this extra cost in Fuel Expense, that could have been easily accumulated for Child's College Fund instead. Non Custodial Parents also loses in (1)TAX BENEFITS, (2)Dependant-Less "Single Man" profiling (unwritten) in securing (1)CREDIT, (2)EMPLOYMENTS, (3)AUTO/HOUSE/OFFICE RENTALS, (4)FATHERS" RESPECT,(?)etc NOW HERE ARE SOME THE OUTRAGEOUS LAWS...(1)If a NCP Parent gets late in pickink up or dropping off the child(ren)..the CP are allowed to decide if they want to let the NCP enjoy any further 'visitation', BUT the same law do not specifies if NCP can do the same in reverse case when CP gets late.(2)If NCP refuses to pay (or even gets behind) Child Support, the Government, the State, the Attorney General, the CSA, the legal, the Police, Govt Funded Lega lCost - (the whole battalion) are ARMED & READY to take that NCP in custody...BUT, if CPs refuses to allow NCPs to visit/meet (and/or refusing the daily communications, between NCPs & thier CHILD(REN))...these whole battalion looks the other way. It's upto the NCP to hire an attorney to fight a legal case in the very same 'court', which already being biased since DAY ONE. With barely having any money left to pay for necessities,hiring an attorney is TOTALLY out of any NCP's choices. So I ask U. S. Congress, humbly, to amend/modify the current 'biased' family laws to award the true victims; Not the "divorce-happy" Parents(mostly mothers) with false allegations (and without having proofs to back them up) against other Parents (which happens to be mostly fathers, thru biased laws). If the Government do not take action quick, then I am afraid there would be rise in suicides, murder-suicides, child abductions, etc from these deprived NCPs. They do not fear anything, when everything is being taken away from them, illogically & immorally. Thank You. God bless America.

Children need thier fathers. Our current system of government is hurting families rather than helping them. This need to chage as soon as possihle.
