Ask Obama to adopt a rescue dog or puppy for his daughters

One of the most touching parts of President Elect Obama's victory speech was when he thanked his daughters for all of their help, and promised to get them a puppy.  This petition is to implore him to set a good example for the  country and adopt a rescue dog or puppy, rather than buying from a breeder.
His actions may help others to consider adoption too, and help thousands of deserving animals find their forever home!
