AUTHOR GOES TO PRISON FOR WORK OF FICTION

Author Asante Kahari is the first person in United States History ever to go to prison for writing a book, more importantly, a book of Fiction. Alan Enslen, A United States District Judge, instructed a Jury to consider Asante Kahari's work, " The Birth Of A Criminal" , as a work of fact. This book was copyrighted as a work of fiction. He is also the first person to be considered to be charged with " Uncharged Crimes" , some of which cary no Statute of limitations. The publishing world is in Danger if this decision is not reversed.
