decir en abril que es menttally competente e tiene el nombre de michael garcia cuando ya en abril era damian lowe  el public defendant tambien  el papel de investigacion que hizo michael garcia  esta alterado diciendo que fue damian lowe el  que investigo en enero, y no fue damian fue micahel, todo esta  hecho tan  ebajo de la mesa que es muy facil confundirse sino es que vea realmente los despues de haber estado siete meses con la misma ropa del hospital patton  esta ropa la traia al salir y parecia peor que un   pobre vagabundo,siete meses encerrado en la misma celda  safety cell y dio usted la orden   commited to patton  y caso cerro,yo no creo que en un mes  solo estubo ahi en patton yo no creo que usted mismo cambie su orden en un mes pidiendolo de regrezo y claramente diciendo que ya esta sano completamente competente, pues esta gente a usado su firma y cambiado todo, espero que usted tome en consideracion esta wit the habeus  corpus  y ordene que  nos presentemos en su presencia citandonos en su prescencia para poder aclarar todo lo que yo he  mencionado , el bill de mi hijo es mas de 8000dolares por ocho horas ambulancia y hospiatl, el papel de workers comp,  de los policias que empezaron a hacer algo en enero, que comprueben   que han sido golpeados en octubre 1-2009 como mi hijo tiene pruebas y que saquen huellas de la pistola que le han  hechado a mi hijo que el no hizo nada de esto, la ,autumn no tenia mas que un  insignificante record, loud noice, ahora su record es  demasiado grave, su escuela es universidad 4 master decrees y a sido estudiante
