We the undersigned, respectfully ask you to pass a bill to put restrictions on election and duties of federal office holders:
 
1. End congressional benefits on the last day of served election term

2. The travel expenses associated with duties and obligations of each office should be fully covered by each office holder.

3. Each office holder should maintain a website.  Each Website should post all open bills, as currently amended, with provisions for every citizen to vote his or her position of said matter, including any proposed amendments.

4. Each office holder is required to vote on every open bill.

5. Each office holder should vote AYE only if the majority of responsive voters from his district approved the bill.  Records of voting process must be documented.

6. The office holder's salary should be not exceed 3 times average salary in USA, with deductions for absenteeism in the chamber, just as every other American worker is penalized.

It is time to end voting on bills that nobody reads.  Time to end voting on bills rushed through the congress.  It is time to restore the role of the congress - for the people, by the people.
