Citizen's Committee Against Excessive Utility Rates

We, the undersigned, respectfully request the Governor of New York State initiate an investigation with the NYS Attorney General's Office, on behalf of NYS citizens, against National Grid for excessive rates and charges, questionable and mysterious "delivery charges", questions alluding to the crime of usury and other unethical behaviors against the citizenry. We further request the Governor of New York State initiate an urgent public hearing on the above issues with testimony and presentations permitted from the citizens and small business owners of New York State.
