Civil Marriage - Civil Right in the Middle East

Civil Marriage is the first step towards a Modern State as it privileges its role and its relation with the citizens.

Every couple "a man and a woman" should have the right to get married in the Middle East, regardless of their race, religion, or beliefs.

Civil Marriage is a right for non-religious people who wish not to marry in any of the religious institutions. Freedom of Belief, Decree and thought are essential according to the Universal Declaration of Human rights, articles 16, 18, 19 and 20.

Men and women are equal and should enjoy the same social and economical rights.
We the undersigned, believe that Civil Marriage is a civil right for every man and woman and should be legalized in the Middle East.
