Hello All, My Name is Sandy Howell and I just want to share with y'all what I'm doing to help do my part in the fight against Puppy Mills !!!
I am in the process of trying to get this PUPPY MILL closed down !!!
I could use all the help I can get from animal loving people like yourselves : )
The person running this puppy mill is Penny Willis and it's location is in Milledgeville, TN 38359 < I don't live in that county, but I'm going through the law enforcement in that county to get her shut down !!!

I have been there and what I saw was awful and sad : (
Their were more than one dog per small cages, no food, no water or dirty water, the dogs walked around in their own feces, no grooming,
sickly/unhealthy, most likely not up to date on any shots or vet checked, no flea/tick treatments. They were sad dogs and puppies : (
I want all the poor animals taken away from her and stop her from being able to have any dogs/animals !!!
I don't understand why people like her get away with this type of animal abuse ... We have to make a stand for the animals, because they can't do it for themselves !!! Please help me stop/close down this awful persons Puppy Mill !!!
