Covina wants a skate park
Me and Hundreds of other people in the city of Covina would love to have a skate park built here. Every city around us has their own skate park and unfortunately we don't. So we want a skate park. It's not only a want, but also a need too.
I notice how people in the city,employers and business owners dislike skateboarders skating on their property. They kick the kids out and even call the cops. Some kids recieve tickets from the cops sometimes. Thats just sad. People ask skaters "why don't you go to a skate park?" and the response is "They are all to far." The point I'm getting at is that I think, and a lot of other people do to, think that Covina should have a skate park located somewhere in Covina. Every other city around Covina has a skate park besides us. The only way we can go to other skate parks is by skating long distances, taking the bus, or bug our parents or someone for a ride to a skate park. We skateboarders are tired of people kicking us out of places and I'm sure people are tired of kick us out too. So I am just asking, is there any way that a skate park can be built in Covina? I would appreciate it if there is. A lot of people would appreciate too, not just the local skateboarders. This will diffidently benefit Covina. I would happily appreciate a response.
