Dead beat parents bill/law

I would like to see a new state or federal mandate that would require all employers to check with the local courts and federal clearing houses for any outstanding child support orders and stop dead beat dads from changing jobs in order to avoid paying child support. Please sign my petition and write to your local and federal representatives to make a new law to stop dead beat dads from getting away with his irresponsibility. I think it is time for adults to stand up for the children's rights when their biological parents won't step up to the plate. The children have rights to be taken care of by their parents financially and emotionally.
