Designated Smoking Areas on School Campuses

We understand the reasons to ban smoking on school campuses to the extent of not wanting to harm our fellow classmates or teachers.  The excuses they use are obsurd to the fact that, people will not quit smoking because of the school ban.  If you want to avoid the cigarette butts on the ground, then attempt to make a designated area away from the rest of the faculty and fellow students.  Put us in a corner, we dont care, just give us the freedom we deserve.

TO ALL SMOKERS.  Although, this may be a ridiculous argument in the first place, we need to come together and stand up for ourselves!  We shouldnt have to feel like criminals because we smoke cigarettes, since when has that ever been an issue?  What was the U.S founded upon what made it possible to grow?  TABACCO!  Now why is it slowly become a major concern?  People die and if we choose to take that path so be it!  Its our choice just as it is yours, where is the mutual arrangment in the idea?  We understand where you are coming from now why dont you try understanding where we are coming from?
