Her 2 grown children were interviewed..Please watch.  The family/friends of murder victim, Debbie Moreau is begging the public to please contact California Governor Jerry Brown who has the authority to overturn the murderous monster, Michael Steven Garrett's release in less than 30 days. Michael Garrett and Debbie Moreau were boyfriend and girlfriend back in 1994. They shared a 2 story apartment, which ended up being her murder site. In 1995, Michael chose to bash her face in, literally with a crowbar and since she was not dead yet, he proceeded to strangle her, stuff her body in the upstairs bedroom and cover her with clothes, for numerous days. As Michael resumed day to day living, inviting girlfriends to the downstairs living quarters, Debbie's family and friends became concerned. Her children, who were teenagers and family called police who then found her decomposing body upstairs. This was incomprehensible for all concerned. Michael pleaded guilty, no trial. He has spent ONLY 15 years in Avenol State prison, California; and his sentence was 15 yrs to life. The DA out of Riverside California was present at the hearing this October, including Debbie's family. The DA did not want him released, but the parole board granted release! The family has kept him behind bars every single parole hearing except this one. There has been no justice for Debbie whatsoever. Michael is still young and can start over. Debbie has 2 grown kids now and one grandson that she will never know nor put her arms around any of them. She is dead and gone! This has left a large hole in the hearts that loved her, and what a wonderful person she was! We ONLY have aproximately 24 days to contact Governor Brown. Here is the contact information.
