I need help please help bring paco my chihuahua and rags my golden doodle back home to our family, I have 3 kids and myself heartbroken waiting for our dogs to be released. I hope you have some time this is a long story about my two dogs and Animal Controal is trying to force me to surrendor a big part of our family, Paco and Rags are family you asked my kids who they are and they say their brothers.  I say my other two sons, It all begin several years ago at a different location Rags had been stolen twice by the same people once he got loose and Animal Controal picked him up the second time I had to take the city police with me to get him back. So yes Animal Controal has picked them up a few times but not from irresponsibility or lack of trying. The second time rags was picked up it has rained a large amount and when he went out to the restroom he was able to make his way under the fence.  The last 3 times they where picked up we where at our new house and they both were together.  When we are at home paco and rags stay in the house but due to seperation anxiety and rags destroying the previous house they have to go outside when we leave. The third time they were picked up I put them out as we were leaving come home and a hole had been chewed through chain link kennel come to find our paco is the wire eater. Yes animal controal picked them up I had looked tirelessly scared to go to the main roads, scared I might find on injured or worse. Eventhough Rags had been microchipped I had not recieved any calls so I called Humane Society and they had them. Before bringing them home I went to friends and family gathering huge cement blocks hawled them home packed them one by one out back and stacked them two high on the inside of kennel and one high on outside. A few days later rags had pawed the huge blocks down and paco chewed them out  again. Once again Animal Controal had them. I knew I had to do something to keep them from escaping and possibly being injured, I went to Lowes spent over two hundred dollars on steel or metal bars to go along kennel. The first day both dogs were home and in the kennel when we left someone come  and opened the gate. This would be impossible for them to do. I live in a subdivision lots of kids. I didnt realize it was necessary to lock your dogs kennel everytime you left but now I know. Yep you guessed it Animal Controal had picked them up again, I called the Humane Society and they said I could not get my dogs till I spoke with the Animal Controal Officer keep in mind she had picked them up the last 3 times. A week later she gets back in touch with me meanwhile Im occuring big boarding charges from the Humane Society nevermind the plethora of money I have spent the last four times. She told me to come to the police station the next day. When we walked into a little room she first same as called me a liar and said that I never tried contacting her she read my email to the police station and they checked phone records. With a suponea I can get my phone records and see in fact what the truth of the matter is. I still have the emails. Then she tells me that my dogs are unsafe and acted as if I am a irresponsible pet owner. I worked for a local vet for 7 years, All my animals are vaccinated, spayed, neutered, on heartworm preventative, and de flead and ticked with frontline monthly. Then she informed me that she was going to fine me and the big charge at the Humane Society I would have to pay to get my boys back and I begin to cry( keep in mind I work full time, attend college full time, and mother of 3 fulltime.)  Times are tough! Out of nowhere in front of my child she asked if my husband abused me. Why did she asked me that? I dont know maybe she finds it strange that people would cry over the thought of loosing their dogs. She informed me that I could contest the fines in which I am but the Humane Society will be testifying with her. Part of the fine was Animal Nuisance I have several letters from people in my subdivision who say they have never seen my dogs or that my dogs never bother anyone or anything. How are they a nuisance must be referring to her having to pick them up. Isnt this her job? .Wow whats that say for them. I wish no bad will to the Humane Society the director genuinly loves animals and is directing the society for all the right reasons but sometimes it takes more then just a few people like her to operate a organization. Several people have told me horror stories of their own dealing with the Humane Society. As far as Animal Controal I believe this is personal for her for somereason. Before she ever picked the dogs us at our new resident we had recieved a large amount of rain and homes and land all over bowling green were flooded. She left a tag for me to contact her on my door. She sit up a time to meet me and when she arrived she said she was there because my kennel was flooded as if I just threw my dogs out there and left them. She said I needed to put concrete in the kennel and a cover on the top. Keep in mind this is a wonderful idea but how can she select one person in a subdivision and make them make these changes to their kennel yet 25 other kennels in the same subdivision are not asked to do anything?  Please sighn and feel free to tell me your stories as well. I can send many pictures and letters confirming everything I said above. Please tell all your friends and family to sighn as well. Fact to think about if I just wanted to let my dogs run wild would I have spent 225. on the kennel and another 300 securing it!AddThisdeadline: Ongoing...

We the undersinghed believe that Paco and Rags should be back home with their family who loves and cares for them deeply. You can see this my the hassle and plethora of money spent fighting to keep these dogs safe and at home. We feel that this family has done more then enough and several incidents they had no controal over should not stop them from having their dogs. We feel as if the fines and fees through Animal Controal and the Humane Society should be waved due to the ongoing hastle from Animal Controal and the unnecessary fees occured at the shelter waithing on Animal Controal to contact the owner to let her know what they would have to do to bring paco and rags home. Its clear if she did not love the dogs she would not go through this and spend this kind of money , She has letters stating the seperation anxiety and from the neighboorhood talking about her dogs do not bother anyone!
