Enforce the Universal Declaration on Human Rights

In 1948, the UN issued the Universal Declaration on Human Rights.  It has been 60 years since that document was created, and human rights abuses continue with little change in our world.  It's time that this document be enforced, and that people around the world start getting the basic fundamental rights that each human deserves.
