I am writting the below letter to ask if you can help the innoncent man and his kids to pass the words to your goverment and local people. This email is also to give your office my consent to post my story. ThanksI am writing to your office regarding a case of illegal child abduction to Canada. I want to know if you can help me with my pending divorce where the father is American Citizen, both children are American Citizens, and the divorce is filed by a father in Houston, Texas, United States on October 7th, 2008. This is a period we called separation, or temporary injunction. My soon to be ex-wife took our kids away since November 29th of 2008. They are 4 and 3 years old. Their names are Dayton Ngo and Vivian Ngo. I never have any record of family violent and never in trouble with the law for child abuse. Dayton and Vivian are my biological children. I love them so much. I had missed the Holidays Season with them last year, missed their birthdays, and missed Vietnamese New Year with them last year as well. I am currently living in Houston, Texas. The divorce is still pending in court 311th of Houston, Texas. My soon be ex-wife took both of our children went to California and applied for passports without court order or my consent. She also applied for child support in the State of California, CASE number is 200000000334483; this is illegal because she is not resident of California. She used her sister's address in California to file. After she got the passports for the kids and her, she then took the kids to Canada. My kids are US citizen%u2019s not Canadian citizens. She has planned everything in advance and applied for the citizenships for my kids and their benefits illegally without any court order or my consent. My lawyer had filed for discovery since February of 2009 and requested for copies of applications for my kids' citizenship in Canada and as well as applications for their Canadian benefits, plus other important documents. The opposing counsel has refused to produces these important documents. We also filed for discovery to get applications for the kids' passports in California and application for child support in California, but the opposing side also refused. My soon to be ex-wife committed so many illegal acts in UNITED STATES and CANADA and I want to raised this concern so your office can help me. She has told untrue stories to local police in Houston, Texas to get me arrested and she stayed home destroyed evidences took her and the kids' belongings and went back to Canada. She also tried to ship the 05 Toyota Van to Canada that registered in the State Of Texas. The divorce is still pending and trial is set for April of 2010. We had so many court appearances and she only shown up only one time. My case number for my divorce in Harris County, Houston, Texas is 200859048. Please help me and my 2 innocent kids. To prove that she had taken the kids%u2019 birth certificates way before I filed for divorce and plan everything out in advance to get me in trouble with the law. Also to prove that all documents done in Canada are illegal in terms of my kids%u2019 citizenships and benefits, because she never flew back to Canada to notarize any paper works so how everything
become legal? How can the Canadian social workers process the paper works for citizenships and benefits so quickly within 2 to 3 weeks the kids arrived in Canada? I don%u2019t have protective order or restrain order of any kind at the time of my arrest. Sheriff Deputies cannot search for one in their database. Please questions my wife about this? Another untrue fact by wife, I didn%u2019t bang on the door. Her lawyer had shown a picture of the door that dented inward at a hearing held on April 2, 2009. If I did bang the door that loud, how come the recording didn%u2019t pick it up? I had requested my lawyer to get a copy of that picture for evident.
Dispatcher: Do you know what he has on? Do you able to see him?
Wife: I don%u2019t see he has any weapon right now but I honestly don%u2019t know.
The dispatcher didn%u2019t ask my wife if I have any weapon on me. This is a malicious untrue fact and she purposely implanted the seed of the GUN and she took it all the way to get me arrested that night for threaten her with the Gun" Please asks my wife why she made this statement? What is the purpose behind it?

1. Since the beginning of the relationship, the respondent has kept a secret about her past romantic relationship with a man in Canada for almost 6 years before married me until we had our first son, Dayton. If I had known about her past, I may reconsider marrying her. This is a big No No in Vietnamese%u2019s culture and it is an insult to me and my family. However, I basically grew up here in America and it is not a big deal to me. I love her as I always had after found out about it.
2. She has told untrue facts to police about the incident that she accused me of choking her and hit her with my fist. This incident was an accident according to her own affidavit and later she changed and added so much more made up stories in her second affidavit. Judge Ellen Shelton has taken judicial notice on these affidavits in April 2nd, 2009.
3. Another deceitful act from respondent is that she again lied to the police about the charge she filed against me for threaten her with a gun, which later police change to terroristic threat. She said I had a protective / restrain order against me for her and the kids. Police cannot find one when they did a search in their computer at the scene. She also said I threaten her with a gun. This is untrue and police just took me to jail based on these untrue facts. Please refer to the transcribed version of the 911 call about this charge or listen to the 911 tape, which is in my attorney possession.
4. She again told untrue facts about the last charge I am arrested for, violation of protective. It is because of the second charge, I was issued an emergency protective order, which she invited and willing to let me come back. I never have a protective order in my entire life so I thought she invited back it is ok, but again police was called and I was arrested.
5. She took Dayton and Vivian to California after she put me in jail the last time. Went to California and applied for the kids%u2019 passports and child support while the divorce is pending in Houston, Texas. She doing all these knowingly what she is doing are illegal, but doing anyway.
6. After completed illegal paper works to get child support in California and passports for the kids, she took them to Canada, where she already applied for their citizenships and benefits way in advance. All paper works in Canada pertaining to the children are also illegal. Discovery had been filed to request these documents since February of 2009, but until now, nothing had been provided, including other important documents.
7. She had put me in jail and stayed home destroyed evidences, took all of her and the kids%u2019 belongings went to California, and then finally to Canada that is where she is right now.
8. The respondent / opposing counsel has violated the terms of discovery by refused to produce requested documents that are vital for the outcome of this divorce and my criminal charges. This is intentional by thinking I never know and forget about these important documents. This is also done intentionally to hide evidences from the court, my attorney, and everyone involved in these cases.
9. The respondent knew that she did not met all the conditions of the document that both I and respondent signed and notarized, and the document is not legal; however, she took the law in her own hands and applied for passports, child support, Canadian citizenships for the kids, and Canadian benefits by provided untrue facts on applications and assigned me as a noncustodial parent of my own biological kids that I had with her. She took on the power of a JUDGE in her own hands and giving herself authority to do all these documents to completed her premeditated plan to go back to Canada and put me in Jail thinking I never get out of jail and cannot do anything to fight for my innocent and be a part of my kids%u2019 lives.
10. As of 11/09/2009, we have so many court appearances and the respondent only show up ONE time. She doesn%u2019t obey the court and coming back for court dates. She has no respect for the court, the Judges, and the legal system.
A person who committed so many untrue and deceitful acts with her own cultural believes and values, with her husband, with her kids, with her own brothers and sisters, with local police, with the court, with local government agencies of the United States, and with Canadian%u2019s government agencies, what should this individual deserve? Also, consider all the facts, the history of her past relationship, and the way she was raised without a father since she was 2 or 3 years old by a mother who hated men, can anyone assure me and my children that if my children were to be given to her as a sole conservatorship, they will be safe? She hated her father and never wants to know who he is and never want to find and talk to him. How can a kid 2 or 3 years old hate a father so much? Also, please understand, I am a second man in her life not the first, who she had children with and look at what she%u2019d done to me. What if this was done by her with another man and my kids are in the middle of it, what will the risk be for my kids and how safe are they? To protect my children, Dayton and Vivian, I request sole conservatorship to make sure my children will not be harm by anyone or any potential risk they may face in the near future. They are innocent and they need their biological father who love them, protect them, care for them, and make sure they become valuable members of society.

We, the undersigned, support Edward Ngo's cause and believe that all 3 charges should be dismissed due to lack of evidence and falsified statements made from the Respondent to Harris County Sheriff Department. We believe there is reasonable doubt that he committed the crime of terroristic threat for which he was originally charged and convicted due to the negligent on the part of his defensive attorney, and the lack of investigations into all of the charges. We hereby request that his case be reviewed. We ask the judge assigned in this matter to dismiss charges because guilt could not be proven beyond a reasonable doubt and expunge his record. On the civil matter, we believe that Edward should have unsupervised visit with his children. Edward is a good person and a valuable member of our society. He is working as a Disaster Case Manager to help the victims of Hurricane Ike in Galveston County. We request that the Defendant needs to come back from Canada to answers questions regarding to all the charges she has filed against Mr. Ngo in November of 2008, and stayed until all matters are resolved without delay for the best interests of children.
