2002: Played 26 games for the Earthquakes, compiling 13-10-3 record and a 1.10 GAA en route to winning his first MLS Goalkeeper of the Year award.
2001: Was named to the MLS All-Star team for the first time and was a finalist for MLS Goalkeeper of the Year for the first time. He started all 25 games in which he appeared, collecting 13 wins and a 1.09 GAA in the regular season. Cannon was even better in the postseason, going 5-1 with a 0.49 GAA to lead San Jose to its first MLS Cup title.
2000: Started all 26 games in which he appeared, tallying a 1.49 GAA that was the fourth best in MLS.
1999: Bay Area product assumed starting goalkeeper position for San Jose in June and played all 90 minutes in each of his team's final 18 games, finishing with a career-high 14 wins and a 1.33 GAA.
