HELP - establishing animal based therapy at Europe

I started an integrative riding school with focal point on disabled children and teenager.
Animal based therapy is offering different ways to help. The animals can be "used" as therapy equipment - normal physiotherapy excersises can be done on horses back - or they work as a co-therapist.
There are different scientific studies which source the effectivity of animal therapy.
Depending on my passion to the mastiff and a study of the university of Pennsylvania I am specialized on therapy work with mastiff and I am the only one offering therapy dog work only with educated mastiff in Europe .
All dogs were educated and tested persuant international standards made by for example Delta Society.
The university of Pennsylvania did a study 15.000 therapy dogs took part.There were 7000 therapy mastiff under them and it showed,that cause of the sensitive and sensible character of the mastiff,they can use acquisitions to patients which therapy dogs of other breeds found much later and also the mastiff found acquisitions to patients which dogs of other breeds never found. All this makes the mastiff to one of the best therapy dog breeds.
Unfortunality this work is unknown at Germany and Europe.The whole animal therapy is in childrens shoes so we had a lot to do.We have to establish the therapy work with animals and have to make a curriculum to standardize the therapy dogs education.
To aid my work I have a development association called "Finn - development association for animal based therapy" .The work of this association is to make animal therapy and the mastiff as therapist more popular. Either the association ist paying the costs for animal therapy for disabled children of social weak families whereat the therapists work is complimentary so only the operating costs for insureances, animal food and the used room must be paid.If possible,the association is buying therapy equipment too.
Now your help is needed -
I am requested to offer some special parts of the animal therapy .
For example "snoozeln with animals" , swimming with dogs, sports for children and teenager with and without disabilities, special riding lessons, relaxing therapy with animals and so.
To offer these kinds of animal therapy I need to build up a riding/playing hall and a building with the rooms for my favorite therapy work-the work with mastiff-a room with a swimming pool for swimming with animals and rooms for "snoozeln with animals"
To build up a house and the hall at once,it must be financed.
The problem is,the whole animal therapy is unknown at Europe. So here are no projects like mine to give reference points.
This showed me how unknown this therapy is and how important it is to make animal therapy more popular.
Give an alternative but scientific sourced effective therapy a voice - your voice.
No matter where we live on earth every ones signature counts.

We the undersigned want to note that animal assisted therapy is very well known at the USA, Canada, Australia or New Zealand and it is a scientific sourced effective therapy method . Unfortunality at Europe we close our eyes and ignore this successful therapy which offers so many ways to help by the different disabilities without risk and adverse reactions.
We must open our eyes.
It is neccessary to establish animal assisted therapy and to offer help by this way at different diseases.
Animal assisted therapy is able to help if standard therapies reach their edge !
It is neccessary to build up therapy institutes for animal assisted therapy at Europe.
Please give the requiered allows to therapists which want to build up such a therapy institute and help them to finance their projects. Make the approval mode easier and don't depend it on specifications which couldn't be adduced at Europe cause the therapy method is too unknown.
Control the therapists education and help to make a curriculum for standardized education of the therapists and animals !
