Help our community get a low cost spay and neuter program !

The local SPCA says they get aproximately 300 kittens a month and in my neighbourhood there are many abandoned and feral cats and kittens.   Residents try to find homes for as many as possible and also have contacted rescues.  Many communities around us already have low cost spay and neuter programs in place.  I know Hamilton has one and so does London.   Why does our community have to be the last to embrace a common sense and humane solution to this problem? I am hoping this petition will help achieve the goal of a low cost spay and neuter program for our community, Brantford, Ontario.
