Change the requirement by DOFAW for wildlife rehabilitators to euthanize wildlife that cannot be returned into the wild .

There are many situations in which wildlife can be given a safe and comfortable home if they are not returnable into the wild. Federal wildlife rehabilitation laws require these animals be euthanized without consideration of the value of their life. Modern attitudes towards animal rights dictate that this blanket law be revised to consider alternative courses of action.
