HELP SAVE WILLIE'S LIFE!
This petition is to bring awareness to the wrongful conviction of Willie Earl Pondexter Jr. ,Texas death row inmate. Willie has just lost his Federal appeal and his life hangs in the balance for a murder that he did not commit.
The trial was unpropitious, and false and partial testimony was used to get a conviction. Other factors in the trial include, prosecutorial misconduct, false testimony during the guilt and innocence phase of the trial, ineffective assistance of counsel, mitigating evidence, insufficient investigation and actual innocence. There are loads of evidence that has been overlooked and coerced testimonies that are extremely far fetched.
We the undersigned are asking that Willie be given a new trial or his sentence commuted to a term of imprisonment and his life be spared as he has been charged with a way greater crime than he committed.

This is a human rights crisis. This man's life must be saved.

Please commute WILLIE EARL PONDEXTER JR's death sentence to life inprisonment giving him the chance of a fair re-trial in time. Think about this guys family who are innocent of any crime and dearly love this man.
