We are saying NO to a form of abuse that in the pass has not even been considered. The abuse and neglect that is placed upon the children that have to live without the neccesity of basic utilities such as electric, gas, water because the parent or adult care provider cant afford to pay the bill for the utilities and pay the rent or morgage to provide them with shelter. Butterfield email gkb@butterfield to inform them of the true impact of being a child without the basic utilities in their homes and the sad fact that because of the cost for the services increasing and the status of the parents income staying the same it causes ,depression and the children dont see a way out of the darkness of no utilities into the once again light of a bulb from the usage of electric , nor a drink of water or bath in the tub .its time we take a stand or our children will fall into the darkness of no electricity and want see their way out.We are saying NO to a form of abuse that in the pass has not even been considered. There is a good chance that our ignorance towards child abuse is really generating the next generation of serial killer, rapists, murderers. Isn't the idea to stop crime thru prevention? If we just invested a months worth of spending that goes to Iraq, into prevention and rehab programs for children of abuse, we would probably see a significant drop in violent crimes. Something to think about...

Its time to make a change for the children.THEY SUFFER in silence and have no congressional voice themselves so its up to we the adults along with the children that are just as concerned and being affected by the issue of utilities gas,water,electric cost and the fact that the prices and utility bill keep increasing but the family income remains the same.The Legislators on capital hill has brought this issue to us and now its time we take it back to them and let them know they are not there by accident we put them there by vote in and if they dont recognize and do whats right by our children , families we will use our vote to take them out,using our right to recall and replace our children is going thru enough these days

Every single child in this world is precious and should be protected from harm and neglect. NO child should be deprived of a roof over its head, heat, clothing food or hot and cold running water. If we allow this to happen then SHAME ON US. We each are responsible for children who cannot defend or look after themselves. It is not their fault if their parents do not have money and in this day and age this kind of thing should not still be happening. There has to be a way to ensure EVERY child gets what it is entitled to and deserves as a RIGHT.

NO child should every be neglected or abused or in need of anything. Especially in Today's Times. Let's make sure our precious children have what they need in order to live their lives fully like they were intended to do. We need to better provide for our futures, what better way to do so than provide for our future generations that our here now. Let's make a stand and make a promise do our best to provide the best for our nation's children and the future of the world's children. We must not let this opportuity pass us by. Today is the day to take action in eliminatating child neglect and abuse once and for all. Let's begin right now and continue doing so each and every day with each and every child we encounter.
