KEEP THE ARTS IN BROWARD COUNTY SCHOOLS!

As some of you know, and some of you do not, the Broward County system is being cut severely in the budgeting department. Without getting into the huge details of it, as of now the Fort Lauderdale High School Performing Arts program, meaning Chorus, Band, and Drama/Thespians is gone. The classes have been surplussed from the budget. End of story. This is just the first school to be informed of the cut, NOT THE LAST.
THIS NEEDS TO CHANGE. This petition is merely a facet of a multidimensional fight for our rights to the arts. This will not stand, and we need help. FLHS, Broward County, performing theatre, and the future of America's youth needs your help. Sign the petition and spread the word! We will not go quietly into the night.
