On June 13 1999 is wroten United Nations resolution 1244,for what is Serbia
official owner of Kosovo,and that anyone cant recognize it as a independent state or part of its country.
The A/63/L.2 had idea to ask International Court of Justice for independence,77 votes were for that and only 6 against.
Martti Oiva Kalevi Ahtisaari said that Serbs are guilty as people for nationalistic regime of Slobodan Milosevic.Ok,but Ahtisaari is guilty for nazi regime of Risto Ryti.

You said that Serbs are guilty as people for nationalistic regime of Slobodan Milosevic,and that they must be punished.Oh,my sir Ahtisaari,no problem but Finland is guilty for nazi regime of Risto Ryti,and Serbia recognize Laponia as independent state.Also,Germany will lose Bavaria(for Adolf Hitler)and all countries who had recognized Kosovo must be punished.Thats your plan.And without money,all of that little states will be destroyed and their people will die.Good luck with next plan,sir Ahtisaari.
