It's a great idea but don't think the idea will work unless there is a police officer that is on every bus & train, the bus driver would be in danger too or the conductor or employees on trains since they are not experienced in these types of situations. It's a shame that these kinds of things happen in the world when buses or trains can be dangerous for passengers.
