Petition Summary.
Tax Credits for those who mitigate their homes, schools, offfices, public space, public transportation vehicles, airplanes, trains, buses, trucks , subway systems, etc.
Testing and Mitigation of all Real Estate Properties before they can be leased, sold, or occupied.
Regulation of the Mega Non-Ionizing Radiation Industry (Utilities and Cell phone Companies) to lower billions and billions and billions of Hertz of radiation converging, in particular, in the urban communities to help prevent autism.
The nation of Switzerland faced the convergence of greenhhouse gas, industrial chemicals, particular matter, ionizing and non-ionizing radiation. Their government made the best decision to save lives, arrest autism and save trillions of dollars in health care cost. They migitated every, school, home, office and public space in the whole country. America MUST do the same.
The EPA forensics of indoor environments, in America, speak loudly that our offices, homes, prisons, and schools are too toxic for us to be in. They site that 6 out of 10 homes are too toxic to live in from air and radiation pollutants.
The Center for Disease Control reports that in the past 20 years, we have gone from 1 / 10,000 children born with autism to 1/150. We have lost 98.5% of our ability to protect the unborn child. We must fight to save the 1.5% ability that we have left to protect the UNBORN. Medical Researchers have linked this to the massive levels of non-ionizing radiation or EMF (electronmagnetic frequencies) in our environments to the cause of autism. Regulation of mega non-ionizing industries and electronics and mitigation of these technologies is critical to save the lives of the unborn. This is also causing 49% of Americans to suffer from insomnia. Remember Michael Jackson. The American Lung Association monitors the airspace of America's 42,600 plus cities. Many cities are now symptomatic of greenhouse gas toxicity from emission gases.

Thank you for concerns about the chemical and radiation toxins in our environment. Columbia University, School of Public Health, (NYC) reports that 95% of cancers in America are caused by environmental toxins and diet. The EPA sites that 6 out of 10 homes and 129,000 schools in America are too toxic with indoor air pollution of converging with industrial acids, particular matter, greenhouse gas, ionizing and non-ionizing radiation. This is causing massive illnesses in both children and adults and a run away train of autism in babies.
SAFEGREENSCHOOLS.COM advises that EVERY parent do a "Self-Assessment" on their child's school, especially if the child is having aggressive behaviorial problems at school before disciplining them. Such problems may be caused by a toxic reaction in your child from high levels of chemical acids and radiation from exposure. Your child's exposure to 24 hours of wireless per week, alone, is an equivillent of taking 1600 xrays. Turn the wireless off at night in your homes. They will rest better too!
