WE THE UNDERSIGNED hereby promise to boycott Japan, this includes all things made and exported from Japan as well as the tourist trade to Japan.
We are appalled at the stance taken by the Japanese government and the people of Japan as to the continuance of commercial whaling under the guise of scientific study. This stance is in direct contradiction of that taken by the rest of the world in general.
We urge you as prime minister to bring to bear the neccessary laws etc. to put a stop to this once and for all.
We will boycott your country and tell all the people we know to do the same thing until you comply with our request. It is unconscionable that such barbaric and cruel methods are still in use against these magnificent and intelligent creatures, therefor we pledge herein to do as stated and boycott your country,until you desist.

I once believed Japan was a progressive, environmentally concerned, and technologically brilliant Country, ahead of its time. But you still hold tight to your superstitions and the archaic brutal and selfish act of the needless killing of Whales and other animals. And soon there will be no Whales if you do not change your ways before it is too late. I thought your Country held life Sacred, you Honor your deceased loved ones, and yet you seek male virility by consuming parts of animals that are endangered and it is common scientific knowledge that these animal parts do not enhance anything but death to a species already on the brink of extinction. Why is the mentality of your Country so factioned? Ahead of most in Technology, and yet still clinging to superstitious beliefs and old ways that need'nt be? It makes no sense. And the entire population of the World will hold you accountable for being solely responsible for wiping out several species of life from this planet forever! Stop...Think...and welcome to the 21st Century where whaling is no longer an option, but a crime! I am Boycotting anything Japanese. I will not buy your products, and will make sure all my family and friends understand why they must not either. Until you stop the slaughter of Whales and other animals for profit or superstitious beliefs, as far as I am concerned, Japan does not exist.
