I, Cynthia Johnson, am pleading with you all to support me in my continuous quest for advocacy and support. I have been refused constantly after explaining what happened to me. Once anyone hears that the police are involved, I get refused. Please support me!

I am still presently fighting what seems like the battle of my life. It is a battle with the criminal justice system over my being abused by a police officer, who has been lying under oath and is being supported by the local government due to his status as a police officer. I have spent thousands of dollars in legal fees and etc., have lost jobs and been refused jobs, have lost everything except my life and at one point I thought I was going to lose that also. The tangible items mean nothing to me even though I worked most of my life to obtain and maintain them. It's the intangible things that are most valuable to me. It's the things that most people take for granted such as breathing, sleeping peacefully, living without fear, and being happy. I've tried rebuilding and have been continuously struggling to clear my name and to remain out of jail. A jail sentence that could happen because I refuse to plead to probable cause. The police officer is demanding this so that I will not sue him and the city of Newark is attempting to make the same thing happen as well.

Care2 Friends and Family, I now have seizures from a head injury that occurred while in custody. Evidence has surfaced supporting my claim that the officer arrested me to keep me from contacting Internal Affairs. They then refused to contact EMS to get medical assistance for me after I passed out in their precinct. I LAID ON THAT FLOOR FOR OVER AN HOUR! I was not having seizures before the head injury.

What I am trying to do is have the following information allowed to be admitted into evidence including: police phone records from 9/8/08 and police videotape from 9/1/08, 9/2/08, and 9/8/08.

I am pleading with you for your assistance to help support and promote advocacy for me. In addition, to help with any donations that you can to help me continue my fight for justice!

We, the undersigned do support Cynthia Johnson in her fight for justice against being unlawfully arrested and the attempt to maliciously prosecute her for the protection of a police officer who has wronged her and other civilians. You deserve your day in court, and no one, not even a police officer has the right to keep you from receiving justice. You have the right to that evidence, and no police force in this country has the right to withold evidence from your attorney. You need to contact your Attorney General's office, and not give up. Send letter and emails to you state representatives and govenor. Document..document..document every encounter meaning phone call & conversations, emails, letters and one on one communications must be documented. This will show you have the continued accumulating evidence that you are beening kept from your right to justice.

ALL THESE RECORDS YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO, AND YOU NEED TO HIRE AN ATTORNEY WHO WILL HAVE THE GUTS TO FOLLOW THROUGH ALL THE WAY TO ANY LEGAL ACTION NEEDED.

I know of other people who have been harrassed by police and then it has been covered up because other police officers refuse to "rat them out for their behavior". I sincerely hope that this woman is vindicated and as far as the police officer lying on the stand, is he aware that perjury is a felony?

YES, ABSOLUTELY. Anything that can shed light on this case must be presented in court. It is just plain wrong to hid pertinent information from the defense.

This breaks my heart, and they wonder why we view them as the enemy. They pack together like wild animals protecting only their own. There is no "good" cop here. All the right in the world will never justify this one devestating wrong. How could phone calls and videotapes not already be on the table?
