You deserve your day in court, and no one, not even a police officer has the right to keep you from receiving justice. You have the right to that evidence, and no police force in this country has the right to withold evidence from your attorney. You need to contact your Attorney General's office, and not give up. Send letter and emails to you state representatives and govenor. Document..document..document every encounter meaning phone call & conversations, emails, letters and one on one communications must be documented. This will show you have the continued accumulating evidence that you are beening kept from your right to justice. ALL THESE RECORDS YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO, AND YOU NEED TO HIRE AN ATTORNEY WHO WILL HAVE THE GUTS TO FOLLOW THROUGH ALL THE WAY TO ANY LEGAL ACTION NEEDED. |
YES, ABSOLUTELY. Anything that can shed light on this case must be presented in court. It is just plain wrong to hid pertinent information from the defense.
