Prosecute and ask for hardest sentence possible for dog abuser!

This poor dog, a female Amstaff, was kicked and then tied to a car by her owner. He then drove the car with the dog running behind it and after a while just tossed the dog away. Witnesses rescued the dog and took her to a veterinarian and she was then transported to a dog daycare.
She was badly hurt.

Her paws where almost gone and wounds stretched a long way up her legs. There are suspicions she has been used in dogfights. She has burns after cigarettes and lots of old scars. There are also signs she has had several litters with very little time between.

The woman running the dog daycare, Jessica Andersson, says she fears the owner will get the dog back because she has seen it happen so many times before. But she hopes it%u2019s not the case this time due to the seriousness of the dog%u2019s injuries and the cruel behaviour of the owner.
This happened in Avesta, Sweden.
Please sign this letter to ask the prosecutor to charge this man with aggrevated animal abuse and ask for the hardest available punishment and that this poor dog will be taken away from her owner and placed in a loving and caring home!
Update: New information about the Amstaff. Her name is  Bella and some authorities have deemed her to be overly aggressive. There were some threats of putting her down, but she has been temporalily saved by an organization called Lawyers for Animals and an individual that have donated money to care for Bella at the Humane Society in Stockholm, Sweden. Bella is now in the hands of the caring people at a facility called Hundstallet (The Dog Shelter), where she now rests and her wounds are treated. She will also be fairly evalutated about her mental state. The staff at Hundstallet are very capable, caring and supportive. You can read more at: www.hundstallet.se
Update: New information about Bella. She has been adopted by a loving and caring family that say they can't imagine living without her. Bella is having a great time living way up North and plays and are doing misciefs. Her family discovered she could open doors, so they had to "dogproof" them. Read more about Bella at:
