In the recent past there has been incresed abuse of rights of children living and working on the streets especially in Uganda, they are beaten, given heavy work without pay or little pay or in exchange for food, Short at by security personels - some have died and others injured, poisoned, called names, their opinions not considered when working with them and ignored services when they need it by the pesons who should give them the service.
As responsible persons, it is time we stand up speak out for the voiceless and take up initiatives that will let us see street children being humanely treated.
The supreme being has got a plan for every child and children are our tomorrow.
