We the undersigned residents and owners of Lake Marion Resort are hereby petitioning for the removal or resignation of Judy Hamrick due to her continued disruption of our Home owners association along with projects that are to be done and constant deceit in addressing homeowners either through e-mails,telephone conversations or in person. We as a community are fully aware of all the claims that have been made by Ms.Hamrick in regards to her quoted diligent work for our community when in fact she has not been on property for several months. We have had enough of the threats of lawsuits and her continued actions will do nothing except continue to disrupt our community. We are asking that Ms.Judy Hamrick be removed or forced to resign for the welfare of our community.
