Our petition has two points, listed below:
1. For rapists who are convicted by evidence such as DNA, we demand mandatory life sentences with NO isolation and NO parole.
2. For CHILD rapists convicted by evidence such as DNA, we demand the death penalty, with NO exceptions [such as lightening the sentence to life with chance of parole].
Every two minutes, someone reports sexual assault. Thats' just in America, and that's just REPORTED cases. In reality, its much more than that, because so many victims are too afraid or embarassed to come forward.
If a rape IS reported, there is only a fifty percent chance of arrest.
Fifteen of sixteen rapists walk free...
Please, do something to increase protection for the victims of rape, and for the possible future victims.

Please, have a heart. Rape is murder of the victim's mind, soul and joy. Child rape is worse, and can dammage someone for life.
The perpetrators of these crimes deserve tougher, longer sentences, so that they cannot repeat the act again.

It frigtens me to know that the people in charge are letting these dmons roam the streets by choice- the fact they continue to live is crazy- im getting a sneaky feeling after learning so much on this website about the amazing people who have to start these petitions that the powers that be really hate humans and positivley enjoy watching us suffer at the hands of these demons.full support of AT LEAST life sentance.

I am a victim of incest, and I strongly believe their should be a very strong penalty to child molesters!There are child molesters in Cornwall Ontario Canada, where I have a petition going, but it's hard to find people to sign it. Cornwall has powerfull people in that town who HAVE sexually abused children, and there is an inquiry going on about how they handled the cases brought to them, now they are trying to PROTECT the perpetrators.
