For example, they are less aggressive, less likely to wonder of, prevents harrasment, etc. Mckee offers low prices for this service due to the economic situation in many countries in Central America.

The Purpose of this petition is to promote this accion as many poeple(mostly Catholics) are oppose to spaying animals, therfore leads to what this fundations goal is to stop.
