Every day millions of people waste their precious time on this site. They waste their time on a site that runs 30,000 servers, each one spewing off heat and chewing up coal-provided energy, all of which contributes to global warming. They waste their time on Facebook instead of doing things that are constructive, like creating things, reading, learning, or broadening their horizons.

For the sake of those people, and for the good of the planet, Facebook must be shut down as soon as possible. Our very existence depends on it.

We the undersigned agree that you are a force for evil, burning through energy at a phenomenal rate to support your 30,000 servers, not to mention the gas used up by all your employees getting to work every day. For the good of the environment, and by extension the good of the future of the human race, Facebook must be shut down.
