Help us stop dog, and cat  breeding in the United states. Help us make spay and, nuetering mandatory for every animal in the U.S. Right now over 15 million stray dogs, and cats are born each year in the United states of America. 10 to 12 million healthy, friendly, and innocent dogs, and cats are killed each year in the United states of America. There are thousands of animal rescues struggling to help but, their efforts do not even come close to saving these helpless animals. Breeding makes the problem worse. There is no end in sight. So many people working to rescue these animals have their hearts broken everyday.
