He was send to the bakery by his mom to buy bread when this all happened. He has now been in prison for three years and is waiting there until he is old enough to be executed. By the Islamic Law called "Ghesas" there has been no court date or lawful procedure to go after the case, rather just leaving it all to the victim's near family to decide the convicted person destiny.
Child Execution in Iran is an Islamic Republic barbaric norm which has to be stopped. Since last year tens of children have been executed and tens more are waiting for execution. Please sign this petition to stop all of these from going ahead.
