Orphaned elephant calf

Stop Elephant Slaughter

Target:
Reducing number of elephants  and rhino poached in Kenya
Sponsored by:
Due to CITES agreeing to release stockpiled ivory  to China this is now causing severe poaching of elephants in the wild, including those on reserves and protected areas.  This results in the Mother's being killed and calves left abandoned.  But for organisations such as the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust together with other large conservancies and good relations with many of the African tribes many hundreds of baby elephants would die or be killed.  It is time we looked to the relevant governments to assist in the protection and conservation of these lovely creatures who like us live in family groups and deserve to live in peace in their natural surroundings.  The UK government is one such organisation that has agreed tolift the ban on stockpiled ivory, thus compounding the poaching of elephants and rhino.  CITES stands for Convention In International Trade in Endangered Species.  By agreeing to lift the ban they are now endangering the very species that they had agreed to protect.  Please petition the UK government and other governments world wide to help protect the elephants and rhino so that pictures like this one do not have to be taken any more.

This is the biggest cruelties to animals that is making mother nature fierce. She really has her eye on this one. Cruelty on animals must stop. Animals are a part of mother nature and she is getting very angry with people hurting and destroying her beloved animals, earth and environment. She is soon to whip her tail with full blown whips, and that is something I can guarantee that you don't want to experience. Nobody has ever began to experience her full blown whips, only her small whips. And she is now preparing to whip her tail with numerous full blown whips! Once mother nature whips her tail, there is no stopping her, regardless of who you are. The days are growing shorter, and so is her fiery. Therefore, keep on making her angry and I promise you, you will regret it. You have been warned.

I think it's sick how people can live with the guilt of knowing they had an innocent animal's blood on their hands. These creatures add to the beauty of Africa... and being one of our big 5 they deserve to be protected more. Our people need to stand together and stop the sick minded people who have no hearts. Thank you for being the animal lovers, you are and for helping to support this cause!!!!

In the name of Earth, please do not lift any bans on ivory trade. These poor animals deserve to live as much as any human does. All this murder for a stupid carving to sit on some moron's coffee table. God, I wish the animals could shoot back.

We humans sure made hell on earth for our fellow inhabitants. Some people are obviously still so ignorant, that they believe they have the right to kill animals, in order to serve themselves. I often feel ashamed of being a part of the human race. Someday mankind will look back at his meat eating, animal abusing, and animal killing ancestors, with discust and disrespect. Someday, man will not even understand, how the human race was ever this ignorant and primitive. Cruelty to animals, in any way or form, has got to stop, So all who feel empathy towards animals and believe they have the right to live their lives. Stop eating meat, stop buying fur, stop buying products that has been tested on animals.. Stop buying, and thereby supporting, ANYTHING that has caused pain or death to an animal.. Educate yourself about the ways animals suffer because of humans, and make the changes in order to end the suffering of our animals, around the world..

Rangers on the front lines in elephant range states continue to lose their lives protecting elephants from poaching,” continued Wamithi. “Developing countries continue to bear the brunt of burgeoning Asian markets. By permitting legal trade in ivory, we are only encouraging the laundering of stocks by poachers, thereby increasing illegal hunting activities. The situation is very clear: more ivory in the marketplace equals many more dead elephants – and rangers are risking their lives everyday. We must be aggressive with this issue before it is to late. STOP THIS LUDACRIST BEHAVIOR AND SAVE THE ELEPHANT, BEFORE THERE IS NONE TO SAVE.

For that human race it is always the same: Killing, destruction and abuse are ALWAYS the only solution they have for everything. Therefore this planet is in such a terrible non-reversible situation. Mankind gets what it deserves and they even create their own punishment by themselves. No animal is so extremely stupid.
